Yeah, I understand there's so much negativity, despair and divide right now. As I watch from afar it saddens me. If we Americans could only get a taste of what most of the world "really" is like, we would be eternally grateful for what we have and who we are. It would solve 70 percent of our problems. Travel is the best thing for an immediate attitude adjustment. Thanks as always Constance.

meditating on the beach can certainly be relaxing, but I would prefer to capture a beautiful sunset with a camera so I could bring the image home and meditate with digital tools and have some fun. L/F
