I did this imaginary garden off and on over a period of several weeks time in celebration of spring. I imagined myself laying in the grass and gazing at the garden and the sky on a sunny and carefree lazy May day. It was just me and nature. I didn't even want to pull the weeds!
This original painting sold at auction in 2014 at the Animal Ball in Nashville, TN - a benefit to assist with rescuing animals.
